Robert Wasylina, the son-in-law of Jerry Bright, is Vice President and one of the co-founders of Bright Pest Control Company, Inc. Robert is our Senior Termite Inspector and the General Manager. He is married to Tamra Bright Wasylina.

Randy Bright (Secretary/Treasurer) is the son of Jerry Bright. He joined our team after serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of the University of Purdue Pest Control Program. Randy is the Operations Manager and in charge of all service technicians. This includes their on the job training and continued education.

Leah Bright, who is married to Randy Bright started with our company in 1996.  She is in charge of all office operations which ensures that all work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.  Her strong commitment to our customer relations has played a vital role in the growth of our company.
